Porcelain Fillings (Inlays/Onlays)

Porcelain fillings (or inlays/onlays) are a great way to restore minor cavities, or replace smaller, worn out fillings, before they become a bigger problem. Our lab-fabricated fillings are available in porcelain or resin, the preferred materials due to their durability and natural appearance. (do not confuse lab fabricated porcelain or resin restorations with ordinary white plastic fillings. There is no comparison in strength or durability.) If you have older fillings in your teeth, you may want to consider replacing worn or cracked metal or white fillings with the more aesthetically pleasing and durable porcelain inlays or onlays for optimum protection against decay or breakage. These new materials not only look like natural teeth, they return damaged teeth to close to their original strength. Say goodbye to "metal mouth". There is no reason for anyone other than your dentist to know you have fillings!
